Once a year
The pros recommend this once a year. A full decontamination of the paint with an iron fallout remover to dissolve rust particles, a clay bar service, then a protective ceramic sealant — paint comes out smooth as glass with noticeably more gloss. Some contamination needs a cut and polish instead, and we will say so after inspecting it.

Because the work genuinely varies. Removing a coffee spot from a floor mat and extracting a set of colored stains out of a headliner are the same service and nowhere near the same job. Rather than quote one number and surprise you at the end, we publish the floor and the ceiling, inspect the vehicle, and confirm the actual figure with you before anything is added to your bill.
Most of the cost of a specialty service is preparation — the surface has to be cleaned and decontaminated before anything can be applied or corrected. Where that prep is the bulk of the work, the service only makes sense alongside a detail we are already doing, so we do not sell it on its own.
