We're a mobile detailing crew working across Wesley Chapel and Tampa Bay. If you take pride in doing a job properly, we'd like to hear from you — experience helps, but it isn't required.
The Job
What the work actually is
It's physical, it's outdoors, and it's in Florida — so it's hot. You'll be on your feet, moving between jobs, working on other people's driveways and at marinas. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find out in week one.
What makes it worth it: the work is genuinely satisfying, you see the result at the end of every job, and customers are usually delighted. We hold a 5.0 rating because we don't rush and we don't cut corners — that's the standard you'd be joining.
A typical week includes
- Washing, decontaminating and protecting paint
- Interior deep cleans — vacuum, steam, leather, glass
- Machine polishing and ceramic coating (once trained)
- Marine work on hulls and cockpits
- Loading, driving to jobs and setting up on site
- Looking after the equipment and keeping the van in order
What we look for
- You turn up when you say you will
- You care whether the job is actually right, not just finished
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
- Polite with customers — you are in their driveway
- Detailing experience is a bonus, not a requirement
